Especially when those world-class boobies are tightly caught in a bicycle's chain sprocket! Jolie, who's breasts have sagged considerably since birthing 7 children.

In the past few years, was rushed first to a Schwin bicycle dealership where. An equally surprised owner, Herman Rouse, cut the chain with a special tool.

Jolie was then taken to Memorial Hospital where surgeons repaired her breasts while she endured. A grueling three hour operation.

Surgeon Mike Farrel gave the anxious family and friends a successful 'thumbs up' as he walked into the waiting room with the good news.
