Katrina Kaif sexed up the music launch of her upcoming film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan dressed in character in coral destroyed jeans and jazzy Tank at Yash Raj Studios in Andheri, Mumbai on Tuesday, August 9.
The 27-year-old actress took the stage with co-star Imran Khan, also dressed in character - a red and white plaid button down shirt with sleeves rolled up, dark blue jeans, and Grey sneakers. Katrina arrived at the venue wearing a florescent lime green SANDIEGO tee, faded blue jeans and white sneakers. She changed into her funky rocker makeover before taking to the stage. She wore a girl face white tank that read 'Seduce Me' and heavily destroyed coral jeans.
She accessorized with black buckle accented sneakers, oversized hoop earrings, a skeleton pendant necklace and high riding colorful bangles in her right arm. She let her wavy hair down and wore her signature fresh face makeup. Katrina brought the house down performing to the film's track Dhunki and Imran danced to the title track Mere Brother ki Dulhan accompanied by a wedding band, with Scottish kilt wearers as backdrop dancers. The real life musician co-star in the film, Ali Zafar, was a no show at the event. He has sung the song Madhubala in the film.
The film's music is scored by Sohail Sen; lyrics have been penned by Irshad Kamal. The film's music album consists of 6 tracks and 2 remixes - Mere Brother ki Dulhan, Dhunki, Choomantar, Isq Risk, Madhubala and Do Dhaari Talwar, Choomantar Remix and Isq Risk remix. Mere Brother ki Dulhan is due in theaters on September 9.
