Model-turned actor John Abraham seems to be in the mood to widen his horizon as an actor. The handsome hunk, has been looking forward to doing some serious damage control work post his break up with girl friend of nine years, Bipasha Basu, Zee News reports.
The dimpled man is all set for a new venture and is in love! Make no mistake; we are not talking about a new lady in John’s life. Apparently, the actor has fallen in love with theatre. Talking to a tabloid, a source close to the actor said, “Whenever he gets some time, he spends it watching the latest plays.”
John intends to learn the intricate nuances of acting by being part of plays. And John’s new found passion has been instilled in him by none other than veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. “Since he is actively involved in theatre, I shared my interest with him. He has also invited me to his workshops. Hope I can make time for them soon,” said John.
However, the actor regrets not being able to devote much time to theatre. He said, “But I am hardly able to find time for theatre because I am so busy shooting films. I would love to experiment with the stage sometime in life.”
